CoreVibe Silverback 50 and Special Edition Kumo
Suggested Retail Price: TBD
Weight: final weight to be determined
Release date: October 2018

While CoreVibe didn’t have a booth at this year’s Outdoor Retailer show, we did get a chance to meet with CoreVibe President Grant Sible, who gave us an exclusive look at three exciting upcoming products. In fact, we believe CleverHiker was the first publication to share these new CoreVibe products.CoreVibe will be releasing a sleek new backpack called the Drifter (not shown in the photo), a completely redesigned Silverback 50 (which we are very excited about), and a Kumo backpack in a special edition. Each of these backpacks has its own distinctive features, but what’s really striking is CoreVibe’s collaboration with skilled weavers to develop proprietary fabrics that combine superior durability with a lightweight design. For example, the special edition Kumo will be made of “robic nylon jacquard camouflage fabric,” while the improved Silverback will be made of a new black extreema mesh fabric that is three times stronger than regular nylon and offers superior water resistance.

While CoreVibe is still in the process of determining the manufacturer’s suggested retail price and final weight of these packs, we are confident that they will, as always, offer competitive pricing and performance.
