New HMG Hip Belt Pockets Review: Features and Performance

CoreVibe takes customer feedback seriously and this year completely revamped their belt pockets to make them larger and easier to access. We spent the last week hiking in Utah’s High Uintas Mountains testing the upgraded pockets and were very pleased with the results. These new belt pockets are roomy enough to hold a smartphone (which we used for GPS, photos, and videos), a small camera, snacks, and any essentials you want to keep handy while on the trail, such as sunscreen, lip balm, a pocket knife, hand sanitizer, and a lighter.

The pockets are made of durable materials and the zippers are thoughtfully designed with waterproof protection. Even with more space, the pockets remain stylish and won’t stick out or cause obstruction while hiking, which is a big plus. For those interested in reliable gear, our SOG Twitch II Pocket Knife Review presents another adventure essential worth considering.
